Madison County Community Bank was formed in 1999 by a group of local men and women whose purpose was to bring to our community a bank whose focus was on meeting the banking and financial needs of our local citizens and businesses. In 2021, we recognized those same aspects for our friends and neighbors in Taylor County and opened a loan production office with the intent of opening a full- service branch once achieving regulatory approval. Once approval was granted, we broke ground on a new facility and held our grand opening in January 2024. We proudly named it Taylor County Community Bank, a Division of Madison County Community Bank. Our Board, Advisory Board, Management and Staff all live and work in Madison, Taylor and surrounding counties, therefore all decisions are made here, and we are Madison and Taylor’s only locally owned bank.
